With the current classes booked out the next Art of Tease Burlesque dance classes start August 2nd 2010. The only course available for the Art of Tease is the level 2, for students who are moving up to the next level. All the beginners classes are full. New dates for beginners will be announced, as soon as we find a free time slot. If you are interested in expressing interest just send an email or phone.

The Art of Tease and Seduction is designed to bring out the temptress in you. You will learn from the established performer Minsky Malone (Charlie Robinson - House of Burlesque Director) who has twenty years experience as an International Burlesque performer and Director. Her titles include: Ms Australia's Business Mans Choice and Hottest Show. While in the UK she appeared in many TV shows including the Ali G Show and performed live for Robbie Williams. She has directed many of her own Burlesque shows including the sell out Pandora's Dolls and the recent surreal Dali Burlesque Show at the National Gallery of Victoria. Recently Minsky judge the Miss New Zealand Burlesque Competition where she also taught.

The course suits beginners and performers who want to learn a sensual art form. With limited number of participants you will be guided through step by step and no one will be left behind.

Regardless of age and size this course will help you with your self-image and confidence, impress a partner, and become a professional striptease or Burlesque artist.

At the end of your course you will have the ability to present yourself on stage or in private with style, poise and elegance. You will learn to use the showgirl fans among other aspects to the art of tease. You will grow in confidence and have heaps of fun! This has been the main response from the participants.

Each class is limited to 12 participants to ensure every one learns. The studio opens 1 hour before the class begins with cups of tea provided. The next course starts Monday 2nd August 2010 at 8.10 pm is for level 2 students continuing on. You need to have completed the beginners course. The full course cost is $150 or $25 per class (with no other hidden fees). At House of Burlesque when you book for a six week course you are entitled to six classes - sometimes 7 when the final performance night with rehearsals is added on at no cost. If rescheduling or requesting refunds please send and email to info@houseofburlesque.com. You will receive the CD of music you perform to or it will be made available online. All you need to do is bring yourself - everything else is provided.
