With hula hooping you can effectively trim your waist, hips, and thighs, build abdominal and lower back muscles, and give your cardiovascular system a work out. You also strengthen your strong core muscles in your abdomen, back, pelvis, and hips - supporting your spine, improving your balance, posture, and agility. It's a fun fitness workout while learning an enjoyable artistic expression.

Each class is limited to 12 participants. The next 6 week Hula Hoop Course starts Thursday 15th April 2010. The studio opens 1 hour before the class begins with cups of tea provided. You will receive the CD of music you perform to or it will be made available online. The course cost is $150 (or $25 per hour) with no other hidden costs. Refunds and rescheduling can be made by phoning or emailing. Custom Hula Hoops as an option can be purchased for $25 or ($30 if weighted). To start the Course all you need to do is bring yourself as there are Hula Hoops available for use in classes.
