Hula hooping effectively trims your waist, hips, and thighs, (if needed) and builds abdominal and lower back muscles while giving you a fun aerobic session. You also strengthen your strong core abdomen, back, pelvis, and hips muscles supporting your spine, improving balance, posture, and agility. It's a fitness workout while learning an enjoyable artistic expression.
