When hula hooping you effectively trim your waist, hips, and thighs, build abdominal and lower back muscles, and give your cardiovascular system a work out. You also strengthen your strong core muscles in your abdomen, back, pelvis, and hips - supporting your spine, improving your balance, posture, and agility. It's a fitness workout while learning an enjoyable artistic expression.
