The first part of the fun day starts with you learning Expert Make Up followed by receiving a makeover from Master Make Up Artist Dean Nixon and his team of assistants.

Dean Nixon with over 12 years of experience in the fashion and cosmetic industries, and a celebrity clientele list including Delta Goodrum, Kristy Hinze, Miranda Kerr and Elizabeth Hurley, will on this workshop teach you the secrets of the tools of the trade covering areas as follows:

Skin preparation - Foundation and finishes for the 2 styles - Eyes: 20’s Glamour Smoky Eye - 50’s natural eye for day and smoky eye for night - False lash application - Brows - Blush - Lips – 20’s cupid bow and 50’s matte
The Make Up Class and receiveing the make over is 2 hours in duration. Dean Nixon and his team will have make up though it is important you bring make up that you use, as everyone has their favourite. This will also allow the expert make up team to offer you suggestions (not selling) about what is the best make up for you.

The make up tuition and makeover is followed by an Expert Hair Class and having your hair professionally styled.

The Award winning Head Educators from Pivot Point assisted by their team will provide a hair styling class then make sure you hair is picture ready. The duration for the hair class and styling is 2 hours (note the first two hours is the make up tuition and makeover).

About the House of Burlesque studio.

If you haven't been to the House of Burlesque studio it offers you a large studio space and separate lounge. Also available for you to use are costumes, lingerie, wigs and Showgirl Fans. Between Scott Jones the resident photographer of House of Burlesque for the last 5 years together with Minsky Malone who will be styling the results with the professional hair and makeup will be top notch. To add to the fun there will also be platters of food and drinks.
